This project involved the full installation of a new central air conditioning system for a residential client looking to improve their home’s comfort and energy efficiency. We removed the outdated unit and evaluated the home’s layout for proper duct and unit placement. A new 14 SEER-rated unit was selected for energy savings, and smart thermostat integration gave the client better control of indoor temperatures. To enhance air quality, we installed a UV air purifier and upgraded filtration. All ductwork was sealed and insulated to prevent leaks and improve performance. The system was fully tested and fine-tuned for optimal airflow and cooling. Now, the homeowner enjoys quiet, consistent cooling and cleaner air — ready for the Florida heat.
